Bouie74, it has a split thing in the tob bar which tightens with a screw. this stops all rattle and up here the roads encourage a rattle or ten. As for any deformations, non noticed yet. Generally have the spare, 2 jerry's shovel and hi-lift. guessing the total weight to be at about 120 to 150kg max.

Hey mate. Nice setup. How does the tyre trek go? Does it rattle around at all? Have you noticed any deforming of you ARB rear bar or attach point?
