This is my triton.....4m41 Diesel 3.2gls
Now exceding 360hp and 760NM torque.
Std Internals-beside commonrail injector cap change.


We just swapped out the automatic for the
big box 5speed Pajero manual, fitted with a nismo gtr skyline
indented type clutch.

Remember the 1996 VR Commodore GTS-R had a blue printed and balanced 5.7L V8 with 215Kw. What you're doing with a 4 pot oil burner is pretty sweet.

mate i thought my older brother was the only one that had a worked triton in the world lol...u have no idead how nuts i went when i seen ur engina bay pic on the front page..right then and there signed up and saved,copied all ur pictures and info lol...i just got one thing to ask...would u have any idead how to get the throttle to close quick..as if it was a cable..ive noticed that it closes rahter slowly..any info would be GREAT!! :)..i have to say you have the #1 triton in the world lol..take it easy :)

so they made new brackets and mounted it differently. as for the torque converter,,,,no. im looking for OS twin plate clutch, the current lsd is good enough for now. as for the parts readly aviable...well yes and no. the key is to go shop around. i researched the parts for about 4months before buying any.....

we had to remount the oilcooler, because the intercooler was way to big, to keep the standard oilcooler mounts.

Clutch....don't you mean torque converter. In one of yoyr shots the oil cooler for the transmission is clearly visible behind the intercooler ????????????

i will dyno it soon!!! the stock 4m41 has 165hp im guessing i have about 250-270...though the turbo is rated at 380@bhp, and right now i cant go to far, due to the standard clutch..(it sounds crazy though i will try to post a link of a video clip asap)

well frankly she goes like stink!!! first gear, second gear easy. third gear, the turbo spool hits bad, 120 in a few seconds, then the last gear...wow 160 at 20%throttle.... 200 easy as!!!
