Grumpy - not at all. Was a simple straight swap. The GLX-R indicator lever has all the relevant wires etc already soldered in. The VR wiring harness is all fitted and ready to go. Fog light wiring looms are sitting behind the balnks under the bumper, and all you need is to buy a relay ($30) which goes under the bonnet. Old indicator slips out, new one slis in. Takes all of 20 min.

Very nice. Im interested in the GLX-R Indicator stalk conversion. I have been told its a massive PITA as there is no connector you have to re solder all wires. Is this the case?

Welshy - mine was an underlip liner too - but it is overlip on the tailgate. Give them written instructions with some photos of the fit (plus cataloge etc). And get them to save some colour code paint for you so ou can have some tough up gear.

Hey Choads read about your dramas with canopy!!!! I'm getting one fitted next week and will now be very careful and be checking the job when picking up. Thanks for the heads up, and I have a Mitsubishi under lip liner phew.

Welshy - Only had the tyres a week, havent been on the beach yet, but on road they seem to be fine. No significant noise (cant hear them at all until about 100km/hr, and even then, nothing near level of engine. Just a very low hum if anything.

How are the tyres on the freeway, and are they good on the beach?
