Hunted, the double din shroud is the original one with my screen installed behind it. Bozz, the logo came from another member (smeghead) who was kind enough to share it with me

Thanks destor, we just had a day out at the nearby State Recreation Area (Wyangala Dam). Sort of a shake-down prior to going away as I've done a few mods to the boat I wanted to test, plus throw the kids around behind on the kneeboards! :-)

send me your email address to gowie77@hotmail.com and i will send you the pics i have so far with regards to the double din installation. I am unable to write the article just yet as i am at work for 3 weeks and i havent completely finished it. I still just have to cut the surround a tiny bit more to make it all fit sweet.

Hey mate, I saw you posted about removing the trip computer cover. I am looking at very soon installing a new radio into the spot where the trip computer originaly was. Just curious about what the area behind the cover is like? Is it already the correct width to put in a new player? I am hoping to go touch screen, 2 din unit then hook reverse camera and gt ipod adaptor so i can stick ipod in glove box. then i will get it with bluetooth as i find the mitsy one is crap and doesnt always pick up my phone. Then should also have a nice 7" screen to watch dvds on. I guess the surround that pulls off will need to be butchered a little as it looks like the hole is to small??? Any help would be great..

Hi Subi, nice ute. In response to your question, I got the reverse lights off ebay, they came from Thailand. They come with their own wiring harness, pretty simple to install. Have added a couple of pics, doesn't do them justice though.

The SA's are great on the tar, dirt and offroad - but they ain't so good in mud (although that's t be expected since they aren't exactly mud tyres!). Done 5,000k on them and I'm very happy so far!
