hey mate just curious about your tray and alloy canopy setup, im only new to the triton world and am thinking this setup would be great for camping with a little 4x4 driving inbetween destinations and was hoping for prices as well as opinions.

Gidday Al-Coholic, Love your Tray and Back, Just saw an article in the latest 4WD Action with your vehicle in it / Any chance of some more photos icluding the Height of the Roof Bar behind you cab / If you do have more photos could you please E/Mail them to rough.and.smooth@Gmail.com/ Your help would be much appreciated as I am currently trying to build a Tray for my vehicle/ I am building my rig mainly for Towing a Jayco Off Rd Camper but due to my Partners back will not be able to do too much 4 Wheel Driving such as yourself / Things happen to the body when you get older/ Kind regards / Ray

Mick......The canopy is dust and water proof about 99%.......the dimensions are 1800mm W x 1450mm L x 800mm H. My canopy does not lift off, it is bolted down, but you can definately get lift off versions, the problem for me was the amount of weight the canopy can support while on the wind down legs is not very much.

sorry, pressed enter accidentally, I meant keep out the rain. Does the canopy lift off, or was it possible to get one to lift off. Also what are the dimensions of the canopy (height as well if possible) I am looking at buying a new truck and would want to set it up exactly like your. Cheers Mick

I also have questions about ya tray set up. Is it pretty dust proof, and does it keep put the rain. I had a trailer made by the same mob, and it wasnt the greatest, but it was pretty cheap at the time.

Mate, the battery is too big too fit under the bonnet, I have a GLX model which means there is no rear winding window mechanism, so i installed it behind the rear seat, it just fits, but it is out of sight and out of the way. Brand is Fullriver AGM.
