Updated guidelines - For Sale and Wanted posts

Recently the guidelines have been reviewed concerning all For Sale and Wanted posts. You should read the new guidelines and keep them in mind if you are posting something up for sale, or wanted - each post now has to be approved by a Moderator, and having them right first time will make the process easy & quick

The new guidelines are stickied at the top of each section.
