Hi all I own a 08Triton Fastback 3.2 diesel. I use it for work and towing a 20ft van. Just looking to hear from others that may be towing same size fan.

Hey mate, welcome to the fun house.

I have a 08 3.2 Auto that I use to tow a 2 tonne windsor Rapid.
Have probably clocked up near 10,000kms now on the combo- just added a power chip but yet to test with towing.

Heading to Fraser with the van at Easter so was looking for all the power I can get.

Will post up all about the trip when we return- cannot wait.

With the van in tow adds about 5l/100kms, but I don't spare the KW sitting on corrected 100km/h. I aslo have larger than standard tyres and a lift and accessories.
Getting Out There
Sucks to be you, glad I bought a 3.2 :o

Thanks for the replies
I did a short trip to Dongara for the first run at 100km/h I was getting 20l/100km I didnt think it was too good but after talking to landcruser owners its not too bad.
Next run I do I will run a bit slower and see how it goes. I did get knocked around a fair bit with the wind is this normal?

WA winds are generally more constant than anywhere else in Aus.. rather than the occassional gusts.

Good fuel economy when you're going north in WA hey ;)
I hate to advocate drugs, sex, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they’ve always worked for me.
