I got mine for 10% off because I had a Paypal Voucher, so it made an already good price even better. ( I guess I have just recouped some of my insertion fees from over the years  )

Ive posted this on the A pillar pod thread but its applicable here for whoever wants to get a wireless EGT and or AFR sensor.
Anybody else interested in this unit?

AEM electronics do a wireless EGT and AFR system which may eliminate the need for pods?
http://www.aemelectronics.com/x-wifi-35/

This one here looks to be very similar to the CHIP IT system including map intercept and user programmable but for lots less.

There's also a wifi for the OBD that works with the iphone. It's bluetooth that the iphone sucks at, wifi it can do.

my car was the proto type for the system i love it. but the misses didn't so i had a hotdog put it which made the noise go away but all you hear know is turbo whistle.

as for fuel eco i mainly do city ks but over christmas i was up and down the m1 droppin the misses at work while on holidays at cooly

city drivnin 750k 62l
highway 860k 64l

everyones driving style is different i mainly putt around with the odd race a 3l patrol and laugh at him.

if you don't want a loud system i would get a hotdog put in don't change the muffler

cheers ian

We have taken this thread off topic a little as meant to be a review.

I have to abide by some rules so cant advertise what ever. ;)

One problem I can see is freight as rods may not allow me to ship them direct as protecting their local retailers.
Try to refrain any further expressions of interest till we get a GB thread happening. 8-)

Sorry for the hijack Ollie.

Hi Ian
Can you confirm that the prototype exhaust that was installed is the current one with muffler?
When you say Noise was it in cabin noise?

Cheers

Now that you are all talking about noise, mine is not quiet, the rear seat passengers experience a drone depending on revs. I only noticed the drone when I was sitting in the rear for a change. Definitely not a quiet exhaust.
