Cheap QUALITY injectors anywhere??

Hey guys,

Anyone know where I can get 4 injectors for my 07 3.2L ????

Looked everywhere, found some in South Africa for around 260 each but not sure if it's dodgy or not?!!!

I only bought the car a month ago and now I have to change all the injectors which is hard cause money is tight from buying the car!!!!

Any help is massively appreciated!!!!

Briggs, find a place that services injectors - there are plenty around. Give them a call and see whether they can service yours. This is often much cheaper than replacement (depending on what's wrong with them). While you're talking to them ask whether any others will fit. Quite often another manufacturer will use the same injector but sell it much cheaper or possibly there might be another injector that will fit but have a slightly different spec - often not different enough to matter or other times slightly better. Injector specialists will know this stuff - it's their business. They might be able to steer you to secondhand or reconditioned as well.

Mate.... I have been having trouble with my injectors and are in the process of them being investigated to be replaced by MMAL. Now Mits and 2 other specialist diesel mechanical places have told me that you cannot service, clean, repair or recondition the DENSO units- as they are a sealed 1 house unit. You can only diagnose faults in them. If you have a problem with one then you need to replace the whole unit. The current price for a unit is a bout $2800 before shipping and labour for installation- that's what I've been quoted anyway.

I think there are cheaper options around MIwoo? That sounds like the price for a genuine set of injectors.

If I was Oxy I'd go down the track that 5th outlined...at least you will get some information so you aren't running blind.

I've heard that the you can replace just one injector on the Triton........unlike other makes where you HAVE to replace all of them.
Maybe one of the mits techs can throw some light on this.

FFS Tufftroop has already dealt with this in the other thread. You can get genuine denso injectors much cheaper than quoted above. And he's been told by several places they're not serviceable etc. and you can do them separately but will need a mut3 to set them up properly.

Our triton goes in today for new injectors!
The mits is out of warranty but mits have come to the party and are doing a full replacement for $250
The mits has been serviced by MURRAY MITSUBISHI in MURRAY BRIDGE from new....very happy
