Sloooooowwww service in the workshop depending on who is working on your car. Need to talk to the service manager as some of their work done is really sub par.
The actual workshop foreman seems like a good bloke, he tries to do his best but is struggling with a ship of fools.
I think I sent the Mitsubishi questionaire off a little early as recent dealings have peeved me greatly, what was a straight forward task which was at best a 45 minute job took them over 6 hours to complete and they still stuffed up.
Very seriously considering a private mechanic's diesel repair shop for normal logbook mandatory services (warranty is still covered I believe) as these guys do not instill any confidence at all.
They definately do not want to do warranty work it would seem, as you are really stuffed about and the customer service chick infers that you caused the issue even though it was documented almost immediately after delivery. I maintain my vehicles to a very high standard and downtime costs me dearly, something staff there really couldn't give toss about it seems.
The voices in my head may not be real, but they do have some damned good ideas.
If it's feral, it's in peril.
MN turbo lag? What lag??
