Homer, yep just click the USERNAME on top of the column and it will sort by username.

Hey Dave, any progress on the browse shed profiles re Tex's post.
I can only get through 3 pages of checking sheds and then having to exit and re-enter after looking at one profile/car before I get the shits and stop.

i just did that sort by posts thing. Do people realise that approximately 66% of members here have never posted? Thats is a LOT!!!!

yer amalinze thats a good point why do you have to be a member to just look at posts probly why thier are so many inactive users. other then that good site.

any chance the 'view new posts' (best clicky bit on the site!) can be added to the top of the page in all screens.

for example once you make a post on a topic and want to go back to new posts you have to go back to main index screen first to access that clicky bit.

Hey Snowy, I just hit the back button to get back to 'new posts'.

After I've gone through them all, I then click 'new posts' again to see if any more are up...I do this because when I first log on there are often say 10-15 new posts or more and if I'm on a while and hit 'new posts' again, those posts disappear (including ones I haven't read) and only new posts from this session come up and you have to go looking through all the sub forums for the posts that disappeared.

Whew, sounded easy but was harder than I thought....hope it made some sense.

Back button works for me, the other option is to use "view active topics" this option goes back a bit further than "new posts"

Also refresh works with "new posts"

Would be handy to have "location" as a mandatory field so you know if it is worth posting about a product or service someone is asking about that may be local only.
As it stands 2 or 3 people ask "where are you mate" without being able to offer any sort of info on the question asked.

I think you'll find this is an IE7 issue, rather than a site issue Stu. Have a look in Tools>Internet Options>Tab Settings>

In the middle is 'When a pop-up is encountered', set this to 'Always open pop-ups in a new tab' & down the bottom is 'Open new links from other programs', set this to 'A new tab in the current window'
