OMG, I can only laugh at the amount of smoke pouring from the exhaust of those vehicles. Good luck with your new chip purchase

Ripped the front end off, took the winch out. Last time I did that was in feb last year. Got a local 4x4 place to service it $120. I only think they greased the cogs. When I put it back in and tried it it heated up, flattened my main battery whilst engine running. They musn't of checked the elec side or tested to see if it worked.

Wanna come up and do mine then?? I'll supply the beer ;-)

Messed about testing the ac and getting it to work better, cleaned the radiator, condensor and intercooler. Also cleaned engine bay.

Helped Bounce cut holes in his triton and helped Diablo drink his beer :-P
I'm not so good with the advice  ... Can I interest you in a sarcastic comment???

Had to service the winch and change out the fog light light plastic assembly bits. Tried to get the bullbar off but the bolts are seized so worked out that I could do the whole job with the bar still on including gettin the winch out. Had to take off the front grill/bumper and intercooler to do it and the headlights.

I changed all the drivetrain oils, front diff was a bit grubby looking and some fine metal stuck to the magnet.
Gearbox was immaculate, looked like new oil....
Transfer case was disgusting, almost black and a bit of fine metal stuck to the magnet.
Rear diff was very clean and a little fine metal stuck to the magnet.

I will be changing the transfer case more often  probably every 15,000 if not every 10,000.

Greased both drive shafts, greased the rear spring leaves, adjusted the rear brakes, will need to replace next service. Not bad for 90,000K, factory originals 8-)

Put my Goodyear Wranglers on for the sand next weekend :D

Was sweating by the time I finished all that 36 degrees here today

Put egr blank back in after a visit to Dr mits and retightened turbo hose clamp, this time though I moved the hose up tight and shifted the clamp down lower so it doesn't try to blow off again

Also put the centre console back together, it's only taken me 3 months to do

Yesterday I picked up my Challenger, It had a 1 week holiday at Outback Accessories Australia in Perth.

As I could only supply the vehicle for 1 week this time, plan was just to develop and test an XROX bar for the Challenger.

I had expressed my desire for some body hugging rock sliders that angled up for excellent sill protection and given my height I didn't need them to function as a side step.

I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me on Wednesday afternoon last week advising the bar development and testing was done and it was going to powder coat and they were confident they could fabricate rock sliders, The only snag was they would probably require the vehicle a little longer, but still have the vehicle ready for collection by Monday afternoon.

I was stoked with the news.

I dropped it off looking like this:

And then picked it up looking like this!

And the important bit:

XROX Bar, Forward bash plate and Rock sliders designed, fabbed, powder coated and fitted.. I'm very happy with the results - The only thing I'll be doing is painting the bolt heads black.

Also has my newly powder coated Orange and Chrome Rallye 4000's on the front.

I'll get some decent pictures of the sliders tomorrow.. Too busy this afternoon going out to test it:

Outback Accessories were awesome to deal with, Very professional and appear to produce excellent products.

Installed the genuine rear reflectors I bought from Thailand. The empty circles have always irritated me.
Probably not worth the expense, any appropriately sized reflector would do. Had to drill 2 holes - centre and for a positioning pin.
