Why would the "superior" V6 ever need low range for towing duties

TBH, that and the LSD was probably what stalled my enthusiasm mate ;)

But low range while in 2wd is certainly interesting...

Took off the muddies and put the 694s back on. Ah the serenity. Drives much nicer too. Also stuck some dri-glide on the leaf springs as I didn't have time for the hammer approach.

Tried to re-aim an errant wiper jet but I'll have to try again as it barely clears the wiper at the bottom

Yeah, hadn't cleaned the interior properly for a while... :(

Got through it all, car is now nice and clean inside, even smells a little better after steam cleaning the seats :D

Did the 7500km interval oil and filter change. Genuine oil filter and Penrite HPR 5 diesel engine nectar.

Got a final check up before the cape trip
had a custom mod to the towbar as well, lifted 250mm. improved the departure angle dramatically so i shouldn't be dragging the arse through every pot hole any more.
pulled out the slide and extended to fit both fridges the way i wanted. can now get both the 110 and 50 on the slide with room left for bags and gear.

Yesterday & today completed the Scott's Rods exhaust, the reason it took 2 days is the 3 x stabborn nuts, the joint behind the turbo (underside) and the other 2, the joint on the the end! Had to heat them up, just to loosened them!! Installing was a piece of cake after that!!!
Thanks Lance for the group buys!!!
