G'day All.
Just fitted the Newtriton.net Decal and the Zombie Hunters Decal to the back window.
Fitted the dashmat.
Just got a call from the stealers. They have my Headlight protectors and Bonnet protector just arrived.

Fit them after lunch...
Regards, Trevor.

I had mine at the stealers due to an alarming increase in the frequency of CELs.
- P0299 Turbo underboost
- P0107 BARO/MAP sensor low

So bad was it in the end I could barely get it up to 70km/h on the way down there this morning.

The fix was:
- Check boost port for carbon build up and cleared
- Retensioned airflow sensor terminals and applied electrical contact grease to terminals
- Carried out ECU software update as per recall 020112

No charge.

I should add here that I left the Steinbauer in (loom and all) but bypassed (earthed out) and the ChipIt loom as well (but again I had the chip out) and they *didn't even blink*.

Indeed the "airflow sensor terminals" referred to in their fix above was the MAP T-piece supplied by ChipIt - they re-terminated connections for me!

Seems stable now, hope it lasts.

Noticed the rear diff fill/check plug was starting to drip oil. Not a huge drip but enough for dirt to build up.

Took the triton to the local mechanic to get it looked at. Washer on the plug was fcked and ended up needing just over 2L topup of oil.

:/ Nearly 22k done so whoever serviced it @15k did a shit job. Fingers crossed theres no long term damage.

Then washed it. Got an armourall gift pack for chrissy so used that.

Shit stuff, but the glass cleaner works at least.

Ripped off my bullbar that a mate stuffed the other week and am now in the process of installing a new bar. Bit hard trying to do it on your own. Also straightened the sidesteps so will see how they line up when i can get someone around to give me a hand

used it to pick up my new winch my wife purchased for me today. Sent her a text saying i was having a bad day   She wrote back that if I went and picked up the winch waiting for me down the road that she just purchased then maybe it would brighten up my day :D :D :D :D :D
What a chick

Now I need to plant the seed about not having lockers and wait for another shitty day to text her about. Build nearly finished..
Keen to get amongst it!!

And a snorkel. And a bull bar. And a winch. And a UHF aerial

I clearly remember Joe stating categorically that he prefers it in the bottom

I didn't say it was better in the bottom, I just said it was easier and quicker.
