Just been reading the Sunday Telegraph and it has mentioned that our beloved truck is in the final 6 up against Suzuki Grand Vitara, Jeep Cherokee, Wrangler CRD, NT Pajero and Lexus Lx570. Main point noted was the Super Select system on a 1 tonne ute, they are using an Auto Diesel GLX-R for the final test.
I am not expecting it to win, I think the Pajero has a better chance because they will probably go for a wagon as a better family 4WD but neverless there was no hilux/ranger/bt50/navara in the final 6.

'bout bloody time... This damn ute just keeps amazing me with where it will go and what obstacles it will conquer - even in mostly stock trim...

yep it was good to see it in the top 6 but we came 5th the pajero took it out
