Blank screen Gps radio unit

Hi
Recently my screen went blank and just says no DVD please insert DVD
The radio still works but can't clear the screen I've inserted the original DVD
But nothing happens anybody know what it could be

u need a boot disk for the maps
v18 i think has it in it

I would suggest many have from time to time nothing much to add to this forum. I wasn't aware adding something was a prerequisite. However my suggestion to the OP remains. A reset may be all that is required.

Unless you have something positive to add to his situation?
