I have done a search and found a few references to a light knocking sound on turning full lock. Mine is different.
I have been ignoring this for a couple of months but I am wondering what you might make of this:
2010 MN with OME lift
There is a significant Clunk when turning full lock left (not right) and it feels like it slightly overrides the steering a bit to the left. It feels like something pops over a threshold and binds — because it has the same clunk when coming back out of the full left lock onto a straighter orientation. It only happens in the last 80-90% of turning left and then on the way out again.
Possibilities I have found:
wheel alignment
UCA top bolt
Steering arm plastic cap
any help would be greatly appreciated.
