I can look after any servicing (not Capped Price) but cant do warranty work.

But Servicing will not affect your warranty in any way, we still do the log book with genuine parts and can still do all the computer stuff needed.

I have a 45000 service coming up soon and was wondering if anyone has had their Triton services by the Norris group at Nundah.
They have opened a new dealership at Brendale and a Mitsubishi service sign has just gone up.
If they are iffy then back to Zupps at Aspley for a capped price service.

Why risk it "dobbo" .... :?: Personally, I would just do as "coughy" suggests in his post above, and book it in with Lee at Eagers Kia Kedron instead, and he will not only provide you with an absolute top-notch service, but a --very-- good price as well. My own feelings on who to "trust" and hence, where to get your vehicle serviced, is something that is best decided upon the basis of -many- other first hand reports from other NT-Forum members who are -very- happy customers of Lee and his specialist Mitsui Techs ..... ;)

Lee can't match/do capped price and warranty work from my understanding...
I'm not so good with the advice  ... Can I interest you in a sarcastic comment???

Hi Fridge,

Thanks. That was my understanding from information from Lee in a previous post (page1). Will definately PM when capped pricing finishes.

Hi Lee,

I have a 45000 service coming up soon on a MY11 4WD Triton MN. I read somewhere on this forum that the MY11 45000 service has been changed from that shown in the service booklet. Is that correct if so can you explain the differences or have I read the post incorrectly. Service booklet indicates an A and C shedual service.

thanks

2011 gets, oil and filter and air filter replaced at the 45000 service and Capped price is $590

I can certainly do that one cheaper, for about $440.

Just had the 60Ks service done on my old girl by "Lee-thal" and his expert Mitsui Techs at Kedron and now I'm a little worried because the tappet rattles and the -usual- diesel knocks on start-up are just so much quieter than they both were beforehand that I have to now actually ---listen--- to realise that she's actually started.... ;) :D
What a pleasant change it makes, to have a Service team who actually -cares- about their work and the customer, and their vehicle. If these guys could 'bottle it and sell it' to a lot of other Stealer's Service centres around Australia they'd make themselves a fortune, and I reckon there would be a whole lot more, 'happy' Mitsui owners.... ;)

Just had my 30000km service done today by one of the newer dealers on Brisbane Northside.... got it back and discovered my UHF and dual battery monitor were not working. Not sure what else doesn't work but to say I am not impressed is an understatement as I have to go back again tomorrow to have it fixed. I paid $720 for the service (590 capped price as well as $130 to have the manifold and EGR cleaned). Really expect better (or should I???). They did do the tappet adjustment and it doesn't rattle as much....Oh well, the search goes on for a decent service place to look after my 2 vehicles....

Servicing in Brisbane (What dealerships are worth going to?)

Postby Vrednie on Fri Dec 11, 2015 11:06 pm

Hi Guys,
I've got a general question for the brisbane folk. What dealership would you recommend going for servicing? I originally bought my Triton from Eagers Mitsubishi at Newstead, who were then bought out and then moved to Brisbane Prestige (now Brisbane city Automotive) at Bowen hills. During the recall for the coolant loss issue, Brisbane city automotive left my car out (7000km's on the clock) in that massive hail storm in November last year where it recieved $9000 worth of damage, and they wiped their hands of it. Saying it was my problem and that it's up to my insurance to fix it. So as you can imagine i'd rather gargle razor blades than risk my car again with a business that treats their customers like that

Come see me, Dan, at Zupps Mt Gravatt.
That's bullshit mate, they shouldn't be leaving cars outside in the weather like that!

I will see you as well Dan, my story is the same (without the hail damage). I bought my triton form eagers SPECIFICALLY due to Leethal being there. When I took it to Brisbane City I had to line up like I was at a Supermarket and prove I could pay my bill. I shan't be dealing with them again. Ever, particularly after the story above about hail. And I am about to buy an MQ - so their loss really. But I am sure they will get over my measly few bucks.

I have had great service from Nathan Norgrove (Service 2IC) at Springwood Mitsubishi (Motorama). He and his team have serviced my cars for the last 6 years and his attention to detail is no less than awesome. And the pricing was not too dear, even on my son's Lancer which was out of warranty.

Lee is the man. Knows his Triton's and looks after Newtriton members. Had the upper inlet manifold replaced and lower cleaned earlier this year. Booked in there next week for an Ultimate Suspension 2" lift, service and error code clearing :D

As I can only get there on my lunch breaks they give you a loan car overnight. Pretty damn convenient.

I also have had our Triton to Motorama Springwood and agree, the service there is excellent, right from purchasing from Lisa in new car sales to the servicing team, been very impressed and it has been there for it's 60,000km service and the capped price servicing and the trade discount so glad we got our Mitsy :) When you find a great dealer stick with them and support them so the others lift their game or go for a very long walk....
