MK Triton 4M40 Fluids list

Hi I'm just about to become the owner of a MK Triton and I plan to replace all the fluids in it and I don't have the original book. I would really appreciate if somebody could please list the factory fluid specifications for this machine?

i.e.

Engine Oil (Amount + 10-40w + oil spec etc)
Gearbox
Transfer
Front Diff
Rear Diff
Coolant
Brake Fluid
Clutch Fluid

Does the rear diff (LSD I believe) require a special LSD oil?

about halfway down theres the 2007 workshop manual (and live maintenance manual), if that helps.

I've looked through that workshop manual and the 4M40 engine specific workshop manual and I haven't been able to find specific information for the MK 2.8TD...

Manual Gearbox: Hypoid Oil 75w-90, 75w-85w or 80w API GL-4 2.3L
Transfer: Hypoid Oil 75w-90, 75w-85w or 80w API GL-4 2.3L
Front Diff: Hypoid Oil GL-5 80w 0.9L
Rear Diff: Castrol Hypoy LS (GL-5 90), Shell LSD (GL-5 80w-90) 2.6L
