Not just ironman, I have seen safari come close too, Lucky I checked mine first so have a nice neat gap and runs true with the top edge.

Be fine, just take your time and trim the flare (If needed) nice and even. Wont have any bad effect at all otherwise.

This car is like a bad drug habit. It is taking all my money and time, my family are concerned, but new mods just feel sooooooo good.

Front quarter with corrected holes drilled.

I'm not happy with ironman, and this seriously affects whether I'll buy their products again

aye, thats the saving grace of it.

I might make an abusive phone call in the morning! but I should really wait until the damn thing is installed!

It has really put me off Ironman, as I was looking at shocks, front and rear bars and a winch.

oh no, not good..

I was thinking to go Ironman Snorkel in Late Jan, its cheaper than the RalliArt ones and have a complete fitting instructions.

How much are the correct positions off the template ones? is the Big hole wrong too from Template?

Yep, same happens with all brands I assume, my safari template was ever so slightly out and made the fitment very close to not happening, but got there ;)

Thankfully I had someone with me who had done it before :D
I'm not so good with the advice  ... Can I interest you in a sarcastic comment???

Having installed both mine (Ironman) and fridgie's (Safari), I can tell you that both templates are identical and much care is needed to make sure it is in the correct place before drilling.

I agree Joe, that's how I would have done it too  ....or most of it...well 90% of it...

No probs ARands just a little paint on the holes and no one will know...except us
