2 posts in 2 different threads asking the same question :?
Okay, you are fitting a throttle controller right?
Why do you need a reverse wire?
Throttle controllers are fitted to your OBD2 port, read the instructions.

EDIT
SORRY, my bad, too many beers. It does NOT go to your OBD2 port
it is fitted to your throttle port, it is a piggy back plug fitted in-line with your FBW throttle port.
Better to be silent and thought a fool than open your mouth and remove all doubt.[

the reverse wire is needed to disconnect the throttle controller when you select reverse for saftey reasons, and yes there is an obd2 port plug to be used. i did read the instructions, that is why i am asking members if they know of a reverse wire in the cab of a mq. i am guessing that you dont have one.

Right. Three threads merged into two, off topic posts removed, threads re-titled.

Omeoman, do not cross post. This just makes work for a Moderator to clean up the mess and won't be appreciated.

Now, the Stealth Throttle Controller does have the option to connect to a reverse wire so that the controller does not operate in reverse. Good idea.

In both the Fourth Generation Tritons and the Pajeros Mitsubishi do have a reverse wire in one of the looms under the console. It's reasonable to expect that they've probably done the same with the MQ,

So, a little investigation finds....

From the online manual

The connector locations

and
Dash_connectors_2_MQ.png

From these I'd figure that you should be able to pick up a reverse signal at Connectors D22 or D247.

Would need in vehicle verification.

Fitted the Stealth to the MQ but decided not to connect the reverse wire. Waited to see if necessary.

In my case I don't think I need it.

Sorry can not help.
