There are a number of rubber grommets in the area of the rear seat that can be used for running cable in/out of the cab. However, for cable this thick (why do you need it so thick?) a normal grommet is unlikely to remain waterproof, so the better solution is to use waterproof cable glands. These will require holes drilled for the specific size, so you can put them anywhere you like, although, down the bottom at the rear of the cab is probably the best, most protected spot.
