I repeated to the guy about 10 times, "dont you dare touch the ECU", If you do, you are paying me and my rate is higher than your rate. 5 hours labour to drive to Sydney and back at $180 per hour is what the charge would be.... , I laughed, they never went near the ECU.

Service manager even passed comment and said when it was test driven the guy thought it was running like crap for a chipped vehicle, he then chuckled when i told him i'd pulled the fuse so it was operating. Said he'd have to pass that onto the guy
