Hi. A newbie here with a new MQ GLS. Pretty happy after sorting out some sloppy pre-delivery QA. I'm having a fight with the audio system working with my iPod. It recognises the unit but then greys out and nothing or occasionally plays a tune. I've tried it with 3 iPods all apparently compatible. Any thoughts or tips thankfully received.

Take it back to the dealer. Clearly faulty.

Same issue with my MQ Exceed. Was told only yesterday it's a "known" issue with iPhone 6.

Awaiting an update was the solutions as advised by the dealer.
