Error message and CEL U3FFF

Had a CEL yesterday on my MQ Exceed

U3FFF - No limp home mode or issues just CEL.

Anyone know the description of this code in an MQ.

I was able to clear it however with my scangauge.

Does the CEL come on with nothing connected to the 0BD2 port? (Scan gauge disconnected)

do you have a egr blanking plate or egr mod installed???

edit also
i just noticed you fitted the pedal kit to your triton did this start after you fitted that??
