Front bumper (light weight)construction

There was bumper on my garage about 4 years.The concept is, to install an aftermarket intercooler behind of the mitsu logo and put my winch more higher and closer...
I have cut alredy twice my genuine bumper so I desided to convert the aftermarket one...

...tons of putty and pvc foam!!!

....I'm 98% happy for the construction.....the holes are for the oem fog lights ,and are 2-3 cm higher from the previous position..
I hope the final product will have a good result
