Wow mate, it looks awesome! Will be interested to hear what you think of the light output

thanks mate yeah im wrapped! They do look sweet. The halo ring is mich brighter in person than it looks in the pic.
Low beam (projector) is very good, although the light beam on the road has a very definite outline. Straight out of the box the high beam is too low and possibly a little too focused, although this may be better once aimed up, which i havent had a chance to do yet

Got a wheel alignment and searched for a new flare clip (unsuccessfully so far). Also bought a bunch of pinch weld stuff to run along the bumper cut behind my bullbar and to put on the bottom of the flare cuts which I am in the process of re-doing.

Cd.....I recently bought a flare clip from Mitsubishi and was surprised how cheap it was. Only a couple of dollars from memory and they had it in stock too. :o

Yeah I know but the nearest Mitsi dealer was not near enough and it looked like a pretty standard style of clip. Repco and Supercheap had something close but not on the money. I have some door trim clips that are close to the same which may tide me over til my next service. Which reminds me I'm now due for my 45,000km service and some warranty fixes. I almost feel sorry for my dealer as I know they are going to be totally mystified by my complaints :o

Purchased an ARB Deluxe bar. I went to the camping show in NAmbour with the intention of ordering a TJM T13 but on my way I had to walk past the ARB stall and got an offer that was too good to knock back. Also drilled two 8mm holes in the throttle body to stop it opening mid throttle and spilling all the boost. This was a big problem I had with the chip it system. But now no issues and no annoying noise coming out of the snorkel. Stoked.
Keen to get amongst it!!

What's the shutdown like with 2 holes in there? I though only 1 was needed :?

Hey Fridgie,

We tried it with one but it was still holding open. Spoke to the guys at chip it and went for another hole. I had run it with the sensor loom disconnected completely to see what it would go like if I removed the butterfly all together and it was not too bad so I figured it wouldnt be too back with the extra hole. I notice it because I know my truck but others prob wouldn't. Try running urs with the sensor loom to the throttle body disconnected and see how it goes. Each truck will perform different I guess. Good news is that with two it doesn't hold boost off throttle which could happen with no valve.

Nah mate that was for the two. There's a couple of holes in the radiator support panel so it should be a pain free instal.

Had my flat MTZ fixed.

Flat tyres really shit me. I spent four days just looking at this one thinking "how could you do it too me ya prick..." So I beat it HARD with a stick and then took it up the road to get fixed. Was a broken valve stem and now I feel terrible...

Ordered another few roll's of LED strip lights, I think I'm addicted to them...
Also grabbed a seatbelt cutting tool / emergency window hammer. Thanks Snoozy for the idea. One of those items I hope to never need though in case of an emergency will probably be the best $7 I ever spent.

I took the ATZ in for repair. The sidewall tear is terminal... A little pissed off that I toasted a tyre with 60% tread left...

Am now having to decide if I get 265/75 x 16 and fit them to my Procomp rims or 265/70 x 17 and fit them to the std MN alloys. Either way it will be a set of Cooper S/T Maxx and just run one set everywhere.

16" or 17" that is the question...

:?
