I'm lead to believe the natural convection of the water cooling keeps its cicurlating after the engine is turned off. It would be nice to have a definitive answer though....

Classic on friday - a guy had hopped out of his lux and locked the door only to realise he'd left the keys in the ignition leaving the turbo timer engaged with the engine running. 15mins later we managed to finally break into the cab.

If your cooling and lube systems are up to scratch then leaving the engine idling for 30secs before you shut down should be enough to get rid of any extreme heat.

they do not come factory fitted because they are illegal lol.
