Welcome aboard asho ;)

What do you mean by "other costs" :?:

The 30k price is correct. I do know the 45k is cheaper than $590 though so check that out. The 60k would be about the $590 again as I'm certain they do the tappet adjustment again

My local is Nepean Motor Group in Penrith

Other cost, meaning any additional work such as brake pads, rotate & balance are at extra cost. As stated by them in their e-mail reply.

Blonde moment

I'd do the rotate yourself and source the balance and brakes elsewhere, dealers are way over priced

My 90k is due. Quoted price from mmal at penrith was $1540 :o

It is the same service as 45k as far as I could see in the book

Gee for that money you'd want them to detail the car before and after the service, perform the service in a white tiled workshop in sterile gowns and use all synthetic fluids for the oil change, etc. And! leave a complimentary slab of premium on the back seat for when you get home and dream about the whole wonderful experience.......
Don't let the b'strds get you down!!

For that sort of money you'd want a 'happy ending' as well... :o

Buy genuine parts from Mitsubishi and get a licenses mechanic to do it. that is crazy money.

there is a contact via this website who can get you Mitsubishi parts at very reasonable prices + transport.

send me or Homer a PM for details.

Alternatively ask your mechanic to source your parts from Mitsubishi (they will get trade) and you will end up paying about rec retail.

if you use genuine parts and a licensed mechanic they cannot void your warranty claims based on not using them or incorrect parts.
This car is like a bad drug habit. It is taking all my money and time, my family are concerned, but new mods just feel sooooooo good.
