If I had my time over and knew what I know now, I might not have got the MMCS. Certainly not if the price was built in as being $3k. But the touch screen with the ipod is very good (I got the OEM cable - my first ever Triton purchasing mistake) and if you hook up and amp and some new speakers it sounds okay too. I gather they may have upgraded the sound package a little now though?

I think the map updates are more frequent than every 5 years but they are overpriced and the TomTom shits all over the way the GPS works.

Totally agree on the reverse camera.

Contrary to Roycoft though I like my leather power seat. Not as nice as the seat in my old Outback but still comfortable enough.

Interested in what you did with the amp and aftermarket speakers. I'm actually pretty happy with the MMS (my street is on there - I hassled Mitsu for the latest version after they tried to offload me the obsolete version, and they sent me the new one), but I like my music and the sound quality with stock stuff is not real flash...

How do you get iPod and reverse camera to work on the mmcs?

iPod - search on resourceit. Reverse camera search on lancer or lancer harness.
