Looking for a a newish Triton for a magazine

Postby Jason L on Fri Sep 09, 2011 8:54 am

G'day all.

Just read about a Triton that made custom Utes and you all seemed stoked.

Well here is your chance again.

My name is Jason Liddell and I'm the newly appointed Customs 4WD coordinator for Australian 4WD Action Magazine and the other magazines related to it.

So I'm out searching for a late model Triton maybe 2 to 3 years old (dualcab) to be put in our Overlander magazine.

Being the Overlander magazine, it doesn't have to be decked out like the customs magazines, so if your out there, or know of someone, that has the potential with a few options placed on it. Send some pics on here and to my email address:
jason@4wdaction.com.au.

and if it is the right one, you may just end up on the cover again.

This is great Jason 8-) . Might help if you give a location. I'm assuming you would prefer one close to Sydney.

Cool I would be interested if that was the case.
Might be worth organising (or getting the photographer) to come out on a day trip?

Well, I'll nominate mine this time. It wont disappoint  Sydney, central coast, Newcastle area no problem. Is located near Mudgee.

Set up as a long distance towing touring vehicle with recreational use in mind. 8-)

Homer:
I clearly remember Joe stating categorically that he prefers it in the bottom
Joe:
I didn't say it was better in the bottom, I just said it was easier and quicker.

See below.

I'm just her manager, and she has a rather hectic schedule for the rest of this year, so might not be available. I can ask her what she thinks though...you never know.

She has everything, double lockers, lift, bar work, a robust armament system and she soaks up radar waves like Sorbent double ply soaks up the results of young Jimmy's poor aim.

We'd have to negotiate the terms, and of course there will need to be certain 'requirements' at the shoot. She only likes certain kinds of mud (Otways is out), will only tackle water crossings on warm days, and doesn't like crowds or Hiluxes or Hilux drivers or their family members and friends of family members....and their cousins.

She also thinks Milo is a rattly old pile of junk, so there might be issues if they have to share a dressing room...
