You might get a little bit more voltage drop on the circuit, but it may not affect it that much due to the short lengths.

The real danger is turning the wire into a defacto heating circuit, lol.

Take your feed for the input to your relay (30) from the starter or Alternator B+ cable, less chance of corrosion and if you take it from the alternator its the best voltage available on the car,
Added to that a stack of wires from Battery from all your mods looks hideous and is a great place for your auto electrician to start looking for faults.
