Switching Bullbar Indicators to LED - Relay or Resistor Req?

Switching Bullbar Indicators to LED - Relay or Resistor Req?

Have a TJM bullbar on 2012 MN and need to replace the indicators on the front of the bar. TJM no longer make the globe type and only have LEDs.

Will I have any problems switching them over to LEDs, or will I need a relay or resistor to prevent hyper flashing?

I believe they are currently tapped into the car's indicator wiring (still globes).

You'd need to check with TJM but, generally, if the indicators are a self-contained unit, as most for bull bars are, then they'll work with 12V. Usually it's just the globe replacement type that need resistors.

If work is so terrific, why do they have to pay us to do it?
