NOISY TURBO

i have a 09 glx 3.2 with approx 5000k
the problem i have is a whining noise which i think is coming from the turbo area.
it doesnt do it when cold but is very annoying when driving with window down.
it varies with throttle and can even be heard at 100kph with window up.
ive taken it to the dealer and they changed the turbo but its still the same
i know turbos whistle a bit with the blowoff but this sounds like something else
any ideas?

are you sure its not the engine cooling fan,that thing whistles

Just DOSE it up and down the main street like the VL homo's
