Just don't push it too hard up hills and I reckon you'll be fine.
I've had my 3" exhaust, blanking plate, snorkel, K&N filter and 32" tyres for over 70,000km and have towed a boat up Mt Clyde more times than I can count. Scangauge has never shown more than 25PSI.
A mate of mine also has an almost identical setup and tows an even larger boat. Neither of us have ever had overboost issues. I think it comes down to driving style rather than reliability of the engine.
