dual battery overide switch

just a small quirk i found accidently with my dual batt overide switch.
I have a redarc isolator for my 2 batteries.
i connected a toggle switch with an led in it so i could see when it was on.
what i found was the LED in the switch comes on (I assume it backfeeds) after the main battery gets up to maximum voltage so I can see whether or not my batteries are joined while driving.
