I'd just pump some engine oil into the oil entry on the turbo and spin the guts by hand, before installing it.
That should leave enough lube until the normal oil circuit supplies oil.
The oil pump is going to get oil there quickest when the engine is running. From cold, start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes. If the oil light in the instrument cluster is off, then the system is up to pressure and delivering lube.
As with any new component, don't flog it for a few KMs.
