285 v 265 and mods required to fit

Postby travr on Sat Jan 07, 2012 4:25 pm

So I am looking at upgrading the tyres on my MN can't decide between 265's or 285's would like to fit 285 but what mods do I need to do to get them to flex without hitting ? Looking at using the original rims if possible if not then upgrade to something else. Post up what size you have and mods you needed to do to get them to fit. Looking at running KM2's as I have them on my shorty and they are a great tyre.

Thanks in advance

Hey mate. Plenty of discussion on here about that very subject. Please use the search function.
