ok soooooo maybe they are NOT for the triton

i just HAD to see if they fitted and .................... they do not.

15s sit tight on the caliper, i thought the patrol offset may help but it doesnt.
Also i doubt i would be able to turn

On another note seeing as these thing are MASSIVE i reckon the 33/34s will fit pretty good :D

I need a jamb it up your B...T emoticon.
You mongrel, I was thinking a mate had 15" rims that would fit, about that offset as well.
Thought they looked a bit close.

Anyway, good news on the 33.7's

Crawler Gears, Maybe next financial year
Lost powe,r PPFFFtttttt. I have an MN not a crappy ML
Drive train stress, Issue Yes but not a major one I hope
Front Locker, You can stick that, looking at playing with the electronics to enable traction control when diff lock engaged. Dual locked nearly :ugeek:
On the truck, Yeah baby
Have already done a small 10mm tub lift to try and stop the canopy belting the cab roof. Didn't work :(

Escuse my question, what is the diference of ML and MN?

Sorry here only L200 gasoline (petrol) or L200 diesel, no V6 at all.

Bob, your whole post is off topic mate, your answers are elsewhere or post your question in a more appropriate thread, not a tyre one.

They will be more than happy to answer and discuss.

Thanks kegsy, I'm using tapatalk and it showed otherwise. :)

Bob, I fixed up your post to show quote correctly.

To answer your question quickly, ml has 3.2l motor, mn has 2.5l motor, longer tub and some traction aids. Both diesel motors.

Sadly No updates. Rang the distributer today nadn he informed me that they had been ordered on the day I rang but are still 2 months away:shock: Three months from order to delivery.
Have been looking for alternatives and got excited a few times but a lot of the sizes are not available in Australia and may have to import
Simex tyres are rated smaller than their actual dimension so dont want a 34" JT2 which measeures in at nearly 35"
Alternatives that I have looked at are Maxxis Trepadore in 255/85/16 or 33.5" not available in Aust
simex centipede in 32x10.5x16 or 33.3" none in stock
one i want is Simex JT2 33x10.5x16 or 33.7" none in stock $390 ea
Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16 or 33.5" available $320ea
SilverstoneMT-117 Extreme's 33x10.5x16 available $360 to 400ea
Decisions decisions.

I've got the 255/85/16 bighorns and I reckon they are awesome. But if it's offroad only you want and play in the harder stuff I'd get the silverstones.

Garth. 255/85/16 bighorns; I got a quote from tempe tyres last week. $285 a tyre including fit and balance.

Cheapest I could find in Sydney.

They said they had to be ordered in, so I doubt they would be a grey import. Must be Aussie supply...
