Simple question - showing my ignorance

I have a MN 2009 version with ultimate suspension

I am still running the standard tyres after 69000 km.

They look a bit worn but not completely worn. Maybe 2-3 mm of tread left.

When is the point I should replace them?

If I want a tyre for mainly road, but that will fill in the arch BUT stay legal in NSW what would you recommend?

Thanks. Would you believe this is the first car I have had longer than a set of tyres! I still love driving it!
