Ok sorry have to ask will 16x8 with 0 off set and 265/75/r16 fit my triton as I can get a good deal on a package wheels and tyres just wondering scrubbing and how much will stick out of the flares ??

Yes mate they will.
They'll stick out 20mm at the front and almost 50mm at the rear.
You'll have to massage the pinch weld at the rear of the front wheel arches. The may not be able to run front mud flaps.
