The offset just moves the rim itself in relation to the spokes which remain fixed to the car. Most don't and the only way to be sure is to physically check, unless the manufacturer specifically includes your vehicle in a fitment list. Think the Triton is difficult? Try the current series Pajero which has 4 pot front brakes. Very few wheels fit, as I've just found out.
Unless you can be very sure that those wheels will work it might be safer to find something local.
