Suspension HELP???

i have a 2010 triton glx-r dual cab ute, i got it second hand with 70,000kms and now has just over the 100... the suspension now is so rough its not funny, when i got the ute it had air bags on the back and i run very low psi in them but its still so rough on dirt roads and even our highways around here.
i was just wondering whats a good suspension and what sorta coin i am looking at spending??
and also if anyone else has air bags in the back and reckon it is a rough ride or what??
