Revolver Shackles

Is anyone running revolver shackles on a ML?

I want to make my own revolver shackles and incorporate a bit of lift at the same time.

I've done it on a Suzuki and there I needed a propshaft spacer IIRC. What should I look out for on a ML and what problems could I expect besides the driveline vibes from the extra height?
