"If lifting the car or have high spring rate, prepare for swear words. You will need to compress the spring to be able to align the bottom bolt back up after putting the new strut in. Spring compressors barely compress high rate springs. Make sure you have a long pipe or second person to help lower the lower control arm to slide the new shock in and align bolt".
