removing manifold on your own?

Hi All

Has anyone removed their own manifolds both top and bottom before and are there any pitfalls, tricks etc i need to look out for? as my truck is out of warranty and i dont want to send it to the stealers for a clean

If you figure it out and are keen mine I'm sure could do with a clean.
2009 GLX-R dual cab ARB Winch Bar and Alpha Canopy charcoal colour. Now with a 2" lift from ultimate. ARB rear step bar

hmmm fuel pipes are they under pressure? do i have be careful when i undo them etc or can i just go and unscrew them and get on with it>?

Not under pressure if the engine is off as I understand it.

My brother has done it on his ml no problem. Only a little Feul leaks out when you take the Feul rail off.
