It was a quick and easy fit. See these fitting instructions. http://www.dieselcare.com.au/images/sto ... ons_S4.pdf
They had a 10% discount deal going when we bought ours about a month ago so it was just under $300.00. I have no association with this company; just a happy customer. They were great to deal with and didn't mind answering my questions.

borngeek wrote:I put a 2 micron unit after the factory filter. There are a few of us here that have done the same thing.
There are other threads somewhere on this subject... If you search, you will find.
The factory unit does not cover the injectors in terms of micron filtration. This is the reason why I went post factory. The factory already has a water sensor, so going post would hopefully trap the rest prior to engine failure?
//I have been through 3 RACOR filters already in 30K.... (to one factory filter)
They block faster than anticipated. One crap tank of diesel and it is all over... Filter is a lot cheaper than a engine.

sure:
Unit
Barbs
Filters
Not at all cheap.
You will need some hose and small clamps too. Not to mention build a bracket like referenced below in a image...
Used fuel injection hose on mine, you will only need 250mm of it if located like mine within earshot of stock unit.

Anyone running a second filter and found a new spot for this bag?
