The flushing oil concentrate looks interesting but if you went for everyone of these "miracle" products you would need to be a millionaire.

My father in law and myself are using the ftc decarboniser. Cant really say if economy improved but we both noticed smoother running and felt like light throttle responce (below 1700rpm) had improved. My wife used to drive 3.5km to and from work for a couple of years with a long hwy trip once every few weeks. Was concerned with glazing if the bores. I also used the oil flush as I was changing oil brands. Am also running the aw10 in the oils. No percieved difference from that but it is FANTASTIC in 2 stroke engines. We have just bought 5lt container if ftc decarboniser to share. Just dont spill any on paintwork........

let us know how you go.

Unless it will give me a guaranteed 5+ mpg AND at least 25 extra HP, I'll save my money and buy stuff I really need.
Bugger, forgot the smiley face  :D

So managed to get 530 kms out of the first tank I dosed with FTC Decarboniser and CRD FUEL Enhancer :o usually 460kms for 60lt is as good as it gets!
Also seem to be climbing the hills a cog higher than normal (sunnycoast hinterland)

BUT only early days yet so wont get to excited, see how the next tank behaives itself!!

Diesel is $1.57 per litre here so 60 litres would cost $94.20

Divided into 460K is 20.4 cents per kilometer so a saving of $14.28 for the extra 70K

Or divided into 530K is 17.7 cents per kilometer, the 460K would cost $81.42 a saving of $12.78.

Around thirteen/fourteen tanks needed at the above savings to recoup your $174 8-) Depending on which of my theories you use, seems to be a discrepency there :?

I did all the math justifying buying the V6 with LPG.... Turns out I am waaaaay in front :D

Good onya salt 36 for buying a v6!
I'm just fortunate enough to be able to afford a social experiment !
I have spent approx $11k on accessories since the day I bought it so $174 is.............
