Thanks for the info, keep it coming if you have some. i will message geek ccm and such later on. I searched all the members and looked at all the ones that had WA as a location. i found nothing. I will be trying again...
Wheres Jamo? i thought he would have stopped by to laugh at me by now....

I been researching this for most of the day, i think that maybe LPG or methanol injection may get better results?
Just as a reminder tho the last 3.2 i replaced at work the block was nearly 3-4k for memory (block, crank and pistons) and a complete motor was close to 15K dont quote the figures it was a long time ago! But the pistons and rods look very strong so they should take a fair amount of punishment before they start to brake.
// have u hard piped Ur intercooler piping yet? This alone should eliminate some lag? Not sure what you want from Ur truck? How far are you willing to go? Cause there is heaps of more stuff you can do? Bigger valves, custom grind cams maybe even a custom tappet cover with adjustable cam gears... find someone to make you a higher pressure scv? Tweek the fuel pump for more pressure? Dose anyone actually make full aftermarket diesel ecu's? I could go for hours but when do you think enough will be enough? Cause clearly u don't care about warranty anymore
Tony wrote:Geek has covered the basics. I would say there is no way your stock pump injector set can deliver enough fuel to use nos effectively, (There are ways to overcome this) As your aware we cant just inject more diesel into the plenum as a petrol. May as well sick ya crank in a 400ton press
How ever yes, a member from here did/has tried it.
Keeping my developments in platinum area when I'm ready. But yes, petrol injection will be my limit as the other forms of chemical tuning are to awkward for me to sustain over time and long k's Water metho is an issue as need distilled water. Not easy to come by in larger quantities. Water spray over I/C has its benefits when upping the boost on long runs. This can be a very crude low pressure set up. Raw water is fine with a filter.
Enough from me.... follow Geek. he will lead the way

Our tritons were one similar but now are total contrasts. We buy a vehicle to suit a purpose. Mine is to cart dritbikes to and from where ever to somewhere else yours amalinze is for what ever you want to do. My comment is I don't think ill use it but if I balance on that line of sticking it to a work mate and getting a ride in a diesel weapon..
Sincerely Jamo
P's must b something with our section at work bad heads and bad hearts..
