Mate its at the front of the engine, on the drivers side of the harmonic Balancer and a bit behind it. Round black thing, cant miss it.

What sort of warranty do you have?

It might be an idea to pay a shop to service the vehicle for you as they will pick up small irregularities that you will miss and will check all fluids, test brakes, ignition, hoses, filters, universals, CV joints, ECU, etc. etc. etc.

Money well spent. Places like Ultratune are inexpensive and guarantee their work.........

Thanks I will have a look again.

Would love to take it to a shop, but unfortunately I am too far out in bush in South Africa to do that at the moment.

Well in that case you may also need to find an oil filter remover as if it hasn't been done before they can be extremely tight and they are not in a great location (access from under the car) to get a good grip.

BTW you should change your filter at the same time as the oil if you can - not a few hundred K's before or after.

You will now also lose the oil that's in the filter so be prepared.

mate just leave it then. if you stuff something up in the middle of nowhere you are in trouble.
This car is like a bad drug habit. It is taking all my money and time, my family are concerned, but new mods just feel sooooooo good.

if you remove the front bash plate, you will see it plainly. It is a tight fit in there and not much room to get a tool in but it can be done.

cheers

But I agree with Snowie...
